The Community Garden is open every Wednesday morning in the Crouch Gardens, just behind the Peace Garden off East Street, from 9.30 a.m. until 12.30

PLEASE NOTE: The Garden will be shut on both December 25th and January 1st 2020 for obvious reasons, re-opening on January 8th. Season's Greetings to all visitors.

It is well worth a visit to look at the displays and produce. Some crops and plants will also be available to take away with you, for a suitable donation. The Garden is now preparing for Winter but there are still some plants flowering, and vegetables to see and buy. There is also a selection of herbs to look at and sample. Today they're having a pre-Xmas party for helpers.

Volunteer help from all in the community is welcomed, especially the retired, and the disadvantaged sector. Go along and help plant, pick and weed.
